The fee for this service is $800.  Deliverables include the following items sent by either USPS (hard copy) or email (pdf) or both:  1.) Report: the nearest ideal date and time of day to initiate an enterprise or business venture and an overview of my rationale for selecting this date and time.  2.) Report: the next-nearest ideal date and time of day to initiate an enterprise or business venture and an overview of my rationale for selecting this date and time.  An Initial Consultation ($134) is prerequisite for this election forecast, the fee for which is already discounted from the cost of the Business / Project Initiation service.
